I recently stayed at Eithin Bach and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special by providing birthday balloons inside the property. The house itself was lovely, with a beautiful decor that was in keeping with the building. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate shower and bath, and the bed was comfortable with plenty of storage. The kitchen and sitting room area were well-equipped and comfortable, and we enjoyed spending time outside in the sitting area. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. there were very few shops, pubs, or take away providers in the local area.

The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, with friendly hosts who made us feel welcome. We were greeted with Welsh cakes and homemade jam, a lovely touch. the location was perfect for exploring nearby places like Anglesey and Abersoch.
There were limited options for shops or pubs/takeaway providers in the local area, requiring a drive to Caernarfon for most amenities. the ongoing restrictions in Wales caused some inconvenience and wait times.

The self-catering aspect was great, allowing us to have a relaxed breakfast whenever we wanted. the main room was cozy and spacious, perfect for just the two of us. the cooking area had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable self-catering experience. the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short 10-minute drive away from the center of town. And we absolutely loved the beautiful views from the lounge window, it added to the overall charm of our stay.
One aspect that I didn't appreciate was the unreliable WiFi, having to go to the corridor constantly to regain a connection was quite frustrating. It would have been helpful if they had a simple double extender to improve the signal.

The staff, Helen and Andy, were friendly and cute, even providing us with Welsh cakes and homemade jam. The location was convenient, just a short drive from the center of town and close to other attractions like Anglesey and Abersoch.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better at Eithin Bach would have been a wider selection of breakfast items.
